PR – The Grenada Football Association (GFA) is happy to announce that seven talented male Grenadian footballers are currently pursuing higher education and football development in the United States on scholarships at State Fair Community College (SFCC). Meanwhile two females, Abigail Williams and Ronniellia Bubb have started their stint at Iowa Central Community College.
The male student-athletes at the Missouri-based institution are Ejay George, Vijay Valcin, Shermine Williams, Narshon Sylvester, Rondel Nelson, Raheem Raeburn, and Kelroy Peters. They join over 30 footballers who are currently in the US pursuing studies.
This milestone reflects the GFA’s unwavering commitment to youth development, education, and creating pathways for local talent to excel on both the academic and international sporting stages. By bridging the gap between quality education and competitive athletics, the GFA continues to invest in the future leaders of Grenadian football.

State Fair Community College competes in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), while Iowa Central Community College competes in NJCAA Division II providing a competitive environment where these athletes can hone their skills while working toward their academic goals. The GFA wishes all continued success in their studies and football endeavors as they fly the Grenadian flag high.
