National Hurricane Center Tracking 2 Disturbances

(WESH) – There are two areas of potential development being tracked in the tropics.

A small, weak area of low pressure is located over the central Caribbean Sea and is producing limited shower activity. Dry air surrounding the low will prevent significant development of this system. Ten percent chance of development in the next two and seven days.

A non-tropical low in the central Atlantic is forecast to develop in the next couple of days. This could separate from the front and gradually acquire some tropical or subtropical characteristics later this week. There is a 10% chance of development in the next two days and a 40% chance of development in the next seven days.
