Helping To Improve The Wards At The Princess Royal Hospital

PR –Two new flat-screen television sets have been donated to Carriacou’s lone hospital, Princess Royal. The 40-inch TVs, for patients warded and recovering in the hospital’s male and pediatric wards, are a gift from Hon. Tevin Andrews, Minister for Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs and Local Government.

Minister Andrews said it was brought to his attention that these two wards were without television sets for a while; therefore, he decided to make the donation under his Special Projects.

Recognizing the hard work and dedication of health sector workers, he said the hospital must be a place where both staff and patients are comfortable.

Nurse Marissa Gay said thanks on behalf of the Senior Nursing Officer Therese Hamlet, Administrator Marissa McLawrence and Staff.
