Additional Information Sharing Sessions For Implementation Of The New Tax System, Grenada Tax (G-Tax)  

PR – The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) is pleased to  announce two additional virtual information sharing sessions for  taxpayers who may have missed the previous Friday’s sessions. These  sessions are specifically for individuals and organisations registered for  VAT, PAYE (Employers), and Monthly Corporate Income Tax (CIT). 

The primary purpose of these sessions is to provide important updates  regarding the implementation of our new tax system, Grenada Tax (G – Tax). G -Tax is a crucial component of the Government’s transformative  agenda, aiming to enhance the efficiency of operations within the IRD  by minimising manual processes such as filing and payment.

It is important to note that the IRD will discontinue the manual sending  of notices/forms for VAT, PAYE (Employers), and Monthly CIT  instalment effective February 1st, 2024, and new Tax Identification  Numbers (TIN) will be issued to taxpayers accordingly.

Taxpayers are strongly encouraged to sign into the Microsoft Teams  meeting using their full name and the name of their organization at least  10 minutes before the start of the session.
