NAWASA Valve Regulations Advisory – St. George South

PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), advises consumers in the south of the island that due to the effects of the dry season, it has become necessary to implement a valve regulation schedule. This schedule is crucial to ensure equitable distribution and conservation of water resources during this period.

Please be aware that the information provided is based on current water levels and may change without prior notice depending on the availability of supply. Affected consumers may also receive low-pressure, or residual supply, on off days, during the valve-regulated period.

To mitigate the impact of these interruptions, affected consumers are encouraged to collect and store water in clean covered containers prior to the scheduled interruption in supply. Additionally, please manage your stored supply wisely, considering the needs of your families and pets.

NAWASA apologizes for any inconveniences likely to be caused as a result of these necessary measures. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we work together to manage our water resources responsibly.
