PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises that consumers served by the Richmond Hill Storage Tank may experience periods of low pressure or a temporary loss of supply between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
This interruption is necessary to facilitate a network connection.
Affected areas include Richmond Hill, Morne Jaloux, Marian, Baileys Hill, Defoo, White Gun, Creighton, Lyda, Coconut Wharf, Cocoa Road, and surrounding communities.
Customers are encouraged to store an adequate supply of water for use during this period.
Every effort will be made to restore service within the scheduled timeframe; however, supply may return gradually as the system recharges. Customers in higher elevations may experience delays of up to two hours.
NAWASA thanks you for your patience and understanding as we continue working to improve water service delivery.
