PR – Please be advised that the Concord Water System will be shut down at 1:00 p.m. today, Friday, January 30th, 2026, due to high turbidity.
This will result in an interruption of water supply to consumers in Concord, Brooklyn, Woodford, Perseverance, Brizan, Happy Hill, Beausejour, Cherry Hill, Grand Mal, Fontenoy, River Road, and the entire Town of St. George.
At this time, a timeline for restoration cannot be provided.
Affected consumers should be encouraged to collect and store water in clean, covered containers prior to the interruption.
The Authority apologises for any inconvenience and thanks consumers for their patience as we work to deliver a safe, adequate, and reliable water supply.
