PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), advises consumers served by the Mt. Reuil Water System that in order to facilitate system maintenance, they will experience interruptions in their water supply as follows:
- Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
- Wednesday, November 8th, 2023 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
Mt. Reuil Water System serves: Peggy’s Whim, Hermitage, River Sallee, Conference, Tivoli, Chantimelle, Sauteurs, Mt. Rose, Bathway, Rose Hill, Carrierre, St. John’s, Samaritain
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean, covered containers, prior to the scheduled interruption in water supply.
Please also note that while the network will be reopened at 4:00 pm, consumers in elevated areas may receive a supply within two hours thereafter.
