PR – The 2019 and 2022 javelin throw World Champion, Grenadian Anderson Peters is presently in Europe where is competing on the World Athletics circuit that includes Diamond League and Gold Level Meets.
On Tuesday June 27th, 2023, Anderson will take to the field at the 62nd Ostrava Golden Spike meet in the Czech Republic. Among the competitors lining up against Anderson will be the Czech Republic’s own Jakub Vadlejch a European, World Championship and Olympic medalist.
According to Anderson’s Coach, Paul Phillips, the athlete is hitting all the targets in terms of his overall preparation.
On Friday June 30th, Anderson’s season continues as he heads to Lausanne, Switzerland for his 2nd Diamond League meet of the season.
His season continues with meets throughout Europe in preparation for the defense of his World Championship in Budapest, Hungary in late August.
