PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), advises consumers in Coast Guard, Bonair, Gross Point and surrounding communities in the parish of St. Mark that the current interruption in water supply is due to a damaged water main.
Restoration is anticipated by 4:00 p.m. today Thursday May 18th, 2023.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilize their stored supply, taking into consideration the needs of their family and pets.
Please also be advised that while the network will be reopened at 4:00 p.m., consumers in elevated areas may receive a supply within two hours thereafter.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences likely to be caused as a result and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate, and reliable water supply.
