PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers served by the Les Avocat Water System that the current interruption in water supply is due to system maintenance.
Restoration is anticipated by 6:00 pm today Monday April 17th, 2023.
Les Avocat Water System serves: Minorca, Windsor Forest, Apsley, Perdmontemps, Marian, parts of St. Paul’s, Richmond Hill, Morne Jaloux, La Borie, Hope Vale, Creighton.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilize their stored supply, taking into consideration the needs of their family and pets.
Please also be advised that while the network will be reopened at 6:00 p.m., consumers in elevated areas may receive a supply within two hours thereafter.
NAWASA apologizes for any inconvenience likely to be caused as a result and thanks consumers for their patience as we work toward the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
