The project includes a gas station, supermarket, and commercial office space complex, which will be built to the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Best Quote Construction has been selected as the general contractors for the project, and the company’s Managing Director, Mr Ian St Bernard, is delighted to be working with the CTEC Too team on this landmark project. “We are excited to be part of this innovative development that will have a positive impact on the people and communities in St. Andrew,” said Mr St Bernard.

The Soil Turning Ceremony, which marked the start of construction, was held on April 1, and was attended by the Prime Minister of Grenada Hon. Dickon Mitchell, along with other stakeholders, businesspeople within the community, representatives from Rubis, IK Architecture, and other parties involved in the project.
