Apple’s iOS, iPadOS, MacOS, And Safari New Zero-Day Vulnerability 

PR – The Grenada National Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT  Gnd) wishes to inform users of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Safari of the need to update to the  latest available version of their software urgently to mitigate potential security risks associated  with an identified zero-day flaw (CVE-2023-23529). 

Users are advised to update to iOS 16.3.1, iPadOS 16.3.1, macOS Ventura 13.2.1, and Safari  16.3.1 without delay. The updates are available for the following devices: 

  • iPhone 8 and later, iPad Pro (all models), iPad Air 3rd generation and later, iPad 5th  generation and later, and iPad mini 5th generation and later 
  • Macs running macOS Ventura, macOS Big Sur, and macOS Monterey. 

The National CSIRT is also reminding users of other platforms and applications that they should  install security patches and updates as these become available for their respective devices.
