PR – On Wednesday, 2nd November 2022, officers attached to the Drug Squad intercepted a vehicle at Point Saline, St. George, driven by Shaquean Telesford, 21 years, Businessman of Mt. Rush, St. George. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of 10 kg of Cocaine. This carries an estimated street value of one hundred thousand dollars ($1,000,000.00).
As a result, Shaquean Telesford was arrested and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Drug.
Shequean appeared at the St. George’s No. 1 Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 4th November, 2022 and was granted bail in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) with two (2) sureties.
He was also ordered to surrender all travel documents and report to the Central Police Station every Wednesday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The matter was adjourned to Monday 24th April, 2023.
