Police are seeking the assistance of the general public in locating Rudolph Phillip, a 59-year-old resident of Mt. Hartman, St. George.
He was last seen on January 6th, 2022, at Woodlands, St. George, wearing a red and white t-shirt, khaki pants and black cap. He is about five feet seven inches in height, slim built, and brown in complexion.
