PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises con sumers in Red Gate, Petite Bacaye, Westerhall, Westerhall Point, Westerhall Heights, Old Westerhall Calivigny, Fort Jeudy and sur rounding communities in the parishes of St. David and St. George that the current interruption in water supply is due to a damaged water main.
Restoration is anticipated by 8:00 p.m. today Monday July 12th, 2021.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilize their stored supply taking into consideration the needs of their family and pets.
Please also be advised that although the system will be reopened at 8:00 p.m.; consumers in elevated areas, may receive their supply within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologises for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
