Impoundment Of Sheep

PR – The Division of Agriculture in the Ministry of Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs & Local Government wishes to inform the public that seven (7) Sheep were impounded in the Caco area in Carriacou on Friday, 19th  March 2021. 

Anyone in search of the animals should contact the Limlair Livestock Station at 443-7375. Please note that there is a $25.00 daily charge for each, in addition to impoundment and  transportation fees. 

Unclaimed animals will be auctioned and sold two weeks after the impoundment notice in  accordance with the Stock Trespass Act. 

The Division of Agriculture is appealing to all animal farmers and owners to tie their animals  to prevent them from destroying the property and produce of others.
