PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers served by the Plaisance Water System that in order to facilitate system mainte nance, they will experience an interruption in supply between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Thursday December 3rd, 2020.
The Plaissance Water System serves: Plaissance, La Cha Chute, Richmond, De Blando, Walker, Post Royal, Tuilleries, Battle Hill
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean, cov ered containers prior to the scheduled interruption in supply.
Please also be advised that although the system will be reopened at 6:00 p.m.; consumers in elevated areas may not receive their supply until two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
