The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), advises consumers in Concord through to Happy Hill and surrounding communities in the parishes of St. John and St. George that the cur rent interruption in water supply is due to a damaged water main.
Restoration is anticipated by 2:00 p.m. today Thursday November 19th, 2020.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilize their stored supply, taking into consideration the needs of their family and pets.
Please also be advised that although the system will be reopened at 2:00 p.m.; consumers in elevated areas, may not receive their supply until within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologises for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
