COVID-19: 90 New Cases In The Bahamas, 17 Deaths Being Investigated

(LOOP NEWS CARIBBEAN) – The Bahamas Ministry of Health recorded 90 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the total number of infections to 3177.

The breakdown of new cases by island is as follows:

New Providence 79
Grand Bahama 6
Eleuthera 2
Andros 1

The locations of two COVID-positive individuals are still pending.

The Ministry also reported that five new deaths are under investigation, bringing the total number to 17.

The territory’s COVID-19 death toll stands at 69.
