PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers from Calliste through to Points Saline and surrounding communities in the parish of St. George that in order to facilitate network maintenance, they will experience an interruption in their water supply on Friday July 31st, 2020, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean covered containers, prior to the scheduled interruption in supply.
Please be advised that although the system will be reopened at 4:00 p.m., some consumers, especially those in elevated areas, may receive their supply within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and relia- ble water supply.
