PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) wishes to advise consumers served by the Mirabeau Water System that in order to facilitate urgent system maintenance, water supply will be interrupted as follows:
Date: Thursday June 18th, 2020
Time Period: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Affected Consumers: Sabb, Byelands, Mirabeau, Mt. Horne, Rose Mont, St. Cloud’s, Balthazar, Grand Bras, Forde, Telescope, St. Mary’s, Rivulet Lane, Soubise, Cook Hill, The Villa, Mt. Sealy, Paraclete, Santoo Pee Street, Columba & the entire town of Grenville.
Consumers are encouraged to collect and store water in clean covered containers prior to the interruption in supply.
Consumers are also advised that although the system will be reopened at 6:00 p.m. consumers in elevated areas may received their supply within two (2) hours after restoration.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
