PR – The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers from Red Gate through to Corinth and surrounding communities in the parish of St. David that the current interruption in their water supply, is due to a damaged water main.
Restoration is anticipated by 4:00 p.m. today Friday May 15th, 2020.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilize their stored supply, taking into consideration the needs of their family and pets.
Please also be advised that although the system will be reopened at 4:00 p.m.; consumers in elevated areas may not receive their supply until two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences caused and thanks consum- ers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
