The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), advises consumers in Happy Hill, Moliniere, Fontenoy, Cherry Hill, Grand Mal and surrounding communities in the parish of St. George, that due to a damaged water main, they will experience an interruption in their water supply between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. today Monday January 6th, 2020.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean, covered containers, prior to the scheduled interruption in supply.
Please be advised that although the system will be reopened at 4:00 p.m., consumers in elevated areas, may receive their supply within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
