The 25-year-old man suspected of killing Tobago school teacher Kla.Marie Solomon-Cain, has died.
Reports indicate that the man succumbed to internal injuries sustained after he allegedly ingested a poisonous substance.
Officers discovered the man weak and dehydrated in a wooden shack, six days after the killing.
He was taken to the Scarborough General Hospital for treatment.
Solomon-Cain was beaten to death with a hammer on February 2nd near a nursery school where she worked.
