Grenada: Notice Of Water Interruption

The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) wishes to advise consumers in Richmond Hill, Marian, Morne Jaloux, Lyda, Peter’s Field, Defoo, Holder’s Hill, Creighton, White Gun, Coconut Wharf, Cocoa Road, surrounding communities in the parish of St. George, that due to challenges being experienced with the water system serving the Richmond Hill Storage Tank, their water supply has been interrupted.

Unfortunately, a timeline for restoration cannot be provided at this time. Consumers who are with a supply are advised to collect and store in clean covered containers. This storage MUST reflect 35 gallons of water, per person, per day for a minimum of 72 hours/ 3 days. Consumers whose water is already interrupted are encouraged to utilize their stored supply taking into consideration the immediate needs of their families and pets.

NAWASA apologises for the inconveniences caused by this interruption and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
